AllModern Welcome Emails

After a season of change, the team looked to redefine our welcome email system to better align + ladder up to our new brand pillars. 

With a focus on creating a welcome flow that would be both informative + streamlined for the new AllModern customer, we redefined + reworked the entire welcome email franchise — a 4 part email series.


This new templatized content not only increased CTR, but also saw an decrease in unsubscribe rate.

Withing the first month of the launch the Welcome Emails saw a:

  • 38.27%*** lift in CTR

  • An 18.02%*** decrease in unsubscribe rate

  • A 13.6% increase in direct GRS per send.
